How to create Volume gift

Volume Gifts allow you to automatically give customers free products when they reach a certain quantity of items in their cart. This feature works using tiers, where each tier defines the cart quantity required to unlock a specific gift.

To start creating a Volume Gift promotion, navigate to the Manual Offers page in your dashboard, open the Volume gifts tab, and click Create Volume gift.

Volume Gift promotion is configured using tiers. Each tier defines a condition (how many items must be in the cart) and the product that will be given as a free gift once that condition is met.

To configure a tier, first select the gift product. This is the product that will be automatically added to the customer’s cart as a free gift when the required cart quantity is reached.

Next, set the required quantity. This value represents the number of products that must be in the cart in order to unlock the gift.


It is important to note that the gift product itself is not counted toward this required quantity. The system only counts other products in the cart when determining whether the tier condition has been met.

For example, if you create a tier with a required quantity of 5 and select a specific product as the gift, the customer will receive that product for free once there are 5 items in the cart. The gift item itself does not count toward these 5 items.

You can create multiple tiers within the same promotion. This allows you to offer different gifts depending on how many products the customer adds to their cart.

For example, one tier could provide a gift when the cart reaches 5 items, while another tier could unlock a different gift when the cart reaches 10 items.

To make the promotion active in your store, ensure that the offer status is set to Active. If the status is draft, the volume gift rules will not be applied to customer carts.
